Solution 1: Clear “Connection Error” on ShowBox:
Step 1: First, you need to close the Showbox app, and make sure that the app is closed from your recent menu as well.
Step 2: Now open the settings menu from the apps drawer on your Android smartphone.
Step 3: Click on “Apps” settings and select the ShowBox app from the list of installed apps.
Step 4: Now click on “Storage” option as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 5: Click on “Clear data” and “Clear cache“.
Step 6: Now restart the Show box app and you will not get the “Connection Error”.

Solution 2: Fix ShowBox “Connection Error” over Wi-Fi
Step 1: First you need to turn on the Wi-Fi on your Android smartphone.
Step 2: Now, click on the Airplane Mode to turn off Wi-Fi as well as mobile data.
Step 3: After a few minutes, again click on the Airplane mode and wait until you see the Wi-Fi signal.
Step 4: Once you see the Wi-Fi is connected, open the ShowBox app immediately.
